VALEDA.IN-Online store accepts all Visa and Master credit cards and debit cards and is committed to provide a safe transaction environment by using a secure process for payment handling
-Paypal
-Valid Credit / debit Cards (VISA or Master)
-Online Bank Transfer/Net banking
-Direct Bank deposit

- If you are using a card issued by a bank outside India to place your order and if your card is not registered for Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code facility, you would have to send us a scanned copy of the Front side of the card used to place the order. The scanned copy should be sent to info@valedalife.com . Please mention your Order reference number in the subject line of the email.
-Payment on your card bill will appear in your local currency (as per the norms of your card issuing bank). Your card will be charged in Indian currency as per prevailing rate of exchange and charge policies of your card issuer.
Shipping - Domestic
VALEDA.IN - Online Store arranges direct delivery within India as well as many international destinations.
Delivery on all orders placed within India the delivery time is between 3 to 7 working days through a trusted courier service. 

Shipping -International

International deliveries will be made via DTDC/TNT/DHL/INDIAN POSTAL SERVICE
A flat charge of USD 30 is levied for International Shipping irrespective of the location of the country.
The approximate delivery time is 7-10 working days from the day of dispatch. A tracking code will be provided in the confirmation email once the order has been processed.
Please note our shipments are made door-to-door only so we are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver to your shipping address three times if you are unavailable. They will also get in touch with you on the phone or via e-mail, please keep a look out for such correspondence.

We can only ship one order to one shipping address. If you wish to send multiple items to more than one address, please place one order per shipping address and we will bill you accordingly.

We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed. We aim to confirm all dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation.

Please note:
International shipping sometimes includes additional duties and taxes that may be levied on your shipment once it has reached your destination state or country. In all cases, the customer is liable to clear any such additional charges with the courier company in order to release the goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise you of the exact amount of such charges at the time of placing your order as they vary widely between states and countries
